How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at +1 (949) 503-1416 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm PST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?
once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Your return will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Online credits will be issued within two business days of processing your return. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shop daisy lane.

To add an item to your cart, simply click the add to cart button next to it. (Items you put in your cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your cart, simply click the - (minus) link next to the item you wish to discard on your Cart page. Or put zero for the quantity. 

To view what is in your cart at any time, click the "Cart" icon in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected click "checkout". 

Once we have confirmed your order we will ship!
