ONLINE SALES ONLY are eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange. IN STORE SALES are eligible for store credit or exchange. Store credit can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.
Returns can be made in store or by mail and must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us. This allows you at least two weeks to mull over your purchase. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. store credit or exchanges will be issued back to your account. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Shoes on del mar does not cover shipping in either direction. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returned products.

What is Free Returns via Redo?
We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $0.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.* Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at +1 (949) 503-1416 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-5:00 pm PST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE. If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
